Shipping Information
We offer free standard 2nd class shipping on the majority of our items.
All items will be dispatched within one working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) Excluding personalised items. You should expect to receive orders 2-3 days after dispatch for orders sent Royal Mail 48hr.
Returns Information
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, We cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless there are exceptional circumstances, we may decide to issue a refund or replacement under exceptional circumstances but these cases will be dealt with on an individual basis and agreed at our discretion.
Multi-buy Offers
Multi-buy discounts items need to be added to basket and paid for in one single transaction where the cost of the free item/s will be deducted automatically at checkout.
Unfortunately if these terms of sale are not met we will not be able to send any promotional items.
