This is a Sheaffer Targa 1080 Cobalt Blue Laque GT Pencil, with 0.5mm clutch style mechanism. In unused condition, made in USA.

Cobalt blue ronce Laque finish, with 23 carat gold electroplated trim. The depth and quality of this finish is a result of being individually hand lacquered 14 times and polished, also by hand, to deep, luminous glow.
