Seibu Railway 20000 Series EMU is a commuter train of Seibu Railway, which started operation on February 21, 2000.

Hitachi, Ltd. built 144 cars from 1999 to 2005.

The 20000 series, consisting of two 10-car trains, was painted with the body shells of the Saitama Seibu Lions, a Japanese baseball team, in the team's color "Legend Blue" with the team logo and decorated with team-related decorations inside the cars. The train is currently in operation under the name "L-Train 3rd Generation".
