All items and contents are security marked. All our items are retail returns. Listings described as 'New' or 'New Other' are items that may have been returned as sent to wrong address, address not found, item was not as expected by customer, item was wrong size or colour,customer returned to shop in exchange, ex-display item, over stock item and retailer has sold off to make space, end of line item sold off by retailers to make way for new lines, item packaging damaged.

As such, our listing may show signs of being unpacked, have very minor markings or scratches or signs of handling. Where items have parts missing, are damaged, are missing manuals or packaging, or packaging is damaged, we will highlight such defects in either the photos or description or sometimes both.

If an item appears to have had some use this will be noted and purchasers will accept they have bought the item in the listing with some previous use.

Please ensure to avoid disappointment, that you understand the condition of the item you are buying before purchase. Where an item is not described in accordance with its condition a refund will be given once the item has been safely returned in the condition it was received.

Return postage to be at buyer’s expense. Postage costs refunded at discretion of seller if item does not meet sale description. We aim to describe each item as accurately as possible. However,something may get missed in the description. All of our photos show the product and it’s accessories, if applicable. We endeavour to dispatch all items sooner than delivery details.

Orders received before noon can sometimes be dispatched that day. Please note returns to seller are at buyers cost. Wherever feasible we use recycled and recyclable packaging.

All items are discretely security checked and marked.

Environmental Statement: An unused, factory second, ex-display, pre-loved, second-hand or used item-sale will generally mean that rather than it being discarded, thrown a way or dumped, it doesn’t go into landfill and so the potential impact to the environment that that may have has disappeared. We also use recyclable packaging with the only exception being plastic bubble wrap for very delicate items if no other means of safe packaging available (even the bubble wrap we try to re-use from other sources).
