This is a beautiful old gelatin-silver print by Oxford Maryland photographer Don Edwards of the Chesapeake Bay Oyster Sloop J.T. Edwards, built on Taylor's Island in 1882 and it sank in 1974 while on display at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. Important note- this is a very rare photo, the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum owns and displays a collection of photos by Don Edwards. Not sure if they actually have a copy of this photo or not. Signed by Don! This is a very wonderful photo in great condition, and extremely rare. The photo itself measures 9 3/4" x 7 7/8" and the board measures 11" x 14".
