 know that within the first 30 days if you decide you are no longer satisfied with the product after after receiving it you must contact us to receive a RA number for authorization to return the item.  We will not accept any returns without authorization and a RA number.  We will then send you a shipping label for the return.  items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have actual original shipping fees and return fees deducted from the refund.  Returned items must be in original packaging. Used, canceled or returned items can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.
