We are committed to dispatching orders as quickly as possible. Our aim is to ship the same day from receipt of payment. Typically, orders cleared by 2pm between Monday and Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are shipped on Monday. We ship via Royal Mail by default and offer several shipment options during checkout. Please ensure that you select the required shipping option to meet your timescale and delivery expectations. Shipping timescales quoted below are estimates only. Sometimes deliveries can take longer than anticipated, which is out of our control. If you have not opted for a tracked shipping service at checkout, please do not contact us asking for a tracking number and do not use the eBay-provided tracking reference, as this is an internal number used by eBay only and is an arbitrary number. If you have opted for a faster service which includes tracking, your tracking number will be provided via eBay message. IMPORTANT NOTE: Royal Mail policy for shipments being considered non-delivered is based on the quoted delivery timescale for a given service plus a cooling-off period beyond that. UK Example: UK Domestic 2nd Class post = up to 5 working days (delivery timescale) + 10 working days after due date (cooling-off period). INT. Example: INT. | The default accepted method of payment is via eBay managed payments, or PayPal if chosen by the buyer. Payment is due in full prior to shipment. Please take this into consideration if you are in a hurry to receive goods and/or are ordering during busy shipping periods, such as sales events, Christmas, etc. |

We offer a 30-day money-back policy in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 against new goods purchased from us which are found to be damaged, defective, or are simply unsuitable. Please contact us via the eBay messaging system for any matter you wish to discuss regarding product returns or exchanges. Arrangements can be made if a line of communication is open with us. Raising a returns request via the eBay system should be your last resort, because in the majority of cases we can resolve any matter directly without involving eBay. Please note the following Returns Policy & Conditions: • Goods must be returned with original packaging and with labels attached, as supplied. • Goods must not have been worn, washed or otherwise modified from the condition they were supplied in. • Given the nature of the goods, items should not have been in direct contact with the skin. For test-fit purposes, an existing piece of clean underwear is expected to be worn under the product being test-fitted. Customers will be notified via the eBay messaging service once the goods are received and your request for a replacement or a refund is processed. Refunds will be issued automatically back to the PayPal address used to pay for the goods against the original order. No exceptions apply. |
