All the ingrediants have been ethically collected so many of our suppliers are fair trade merchants. The ingrediants are free of pesticides and herbicides, and are not fumigated or irradiated, ensuring that their energies are pure & very powerful indeed.
Belladonna , also known as Deadly Nightshade, Devil's Cherries, Naughty Man's Cherries, Devil's Herb, Great Morel and Dwayberry, has graced history as both a poison and a medicine. The genus part of the name, Atropa, is derived from Atropos, the eldest of the Greek Fates, who held the shears which cut the thread of human life. This is obviously in relation to its highly poisonous nature. The species name, belladonna, is translated as beautiful lady, referring to the practise of Venitian women who used belladonna to dilate their pupils, thus making them more attractive.

There are NO hidden fees, No state Taxes and No extra handling fees to pay.
My shipping fees are variable depending the on weight of the items purchased, please see indivudual auctions for details.
I offer Royal Mail 1st Class postage as standard however for jewellery and valuable items I also offer either 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery. If the service you require is not listed on a particular auction, please contact me and I will be happy to oblige with a quote.
Combined postage is not a problem, if it is not done automatically please email me and I will do it for you.
Where payment has cleared prior to 10pm, items will be despatched within 24 hrs of payment clearance (not including Sundays or National/Local Holidays. Please note that if your payment is not cleared until after 10pm we cannot guarantee next day despatch, however your items will be despatched within 48hrs (not including Sundays or Local/National Holidays)
Items are despatched six days a week (Monday to Saturday inclusive).
You will be advised via email at every step of the procedure from Winning Bid/Auction End through Payment Received/Cleared and Finally Item Despatch.
Refunds will only be awarded in cases of goods faulty at time of dispatch or are damaged in the post, however I do work on a case by case basis and would request that you contact me if you are dissatisfied with your order within 7 days of dispatch from my work studio. If you have just simply changed your mind, I will deduct the postage amount from your refund, you will also not be entitled to the cost of returning the item back to me.
In some cases I may require a picture of the goods or the goods returned in order to process your refund.
Please contact me prior to sending items back as you will require a reference for your pending query. No items will be dealt with unless they have this reference number.

ORDERS
Unfortunately due to our very fast turnaround and dispatch times we cannot add to existing orders once checkout has been completed, a new order will need to be made.
POSTAGE SERVICES
We use the following companies to send parcels: Royal Mail, Air Sure, Airmail, Fedex and City Link.
UK SHIPPING
Some parcels will need to be signed for upon delivery, or may not fit through a letterbox. If no-one is home, a card will be left by your postman with delivery / pickup instructions. Sometimes items may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.
Please allow 2-4 days for delivery within the UK.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Parcels will be sent to the address stated as the delivery address, this can be different to your own customer address. Unless we are informed parcels cannot be redirected to a different delivery address once the item has been posted.
SAME DAY POSTAGE
All orders placed and payment cleared before 11.30am between Monday & Friday (excluding public holidays) will be posted same day at 2pm when Royal Mail collect our post.
Orders placed on Friday after 11.30am or during the weekend will be sent with our Royal Mail postal collection at 2pm Monday (excluding UK public holidays).
UK NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY POSTAGE
Our cut off point for UK next day special delivery postage has to be 12.00 noon Monday to Friday, so we can process and pack the order before our 2pm Royal Mail collection. Special Delivery is not availabe during weekends or UK public holidays. If we are on holiday a note will be put on the home page with details, UK next day special delivery will not be availabe during these times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please allow up to 16 working days for all International Deliveries.
Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges applied to your delivery if purchased outside the UK.
Returns
Return Policy
Our returns policy serves as a guideline for buyers wanting to return items. We will approach all return matters with compassion and commitment to help you resolve the problem quickly.
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you can choose between a refund, an exchange or store credit where:
- Goods are faulty on arrival and you have reported the matter to us within 24 hours of having received the item. You are also required to send back the item for inspection within 14 days of delivery;
- Goods have been wrongly described on our website;
- The goods have been damaged during transit;
- The item doesn?t fit as expected; however you will need to pay the costs incurred for sending back the item to us.
We do not give full refunds if;
- A returned item is not in original condition, has been used or shows signs of damage wear and tear and has the original packaging;
Please note
A refund will only be paid once we have received the goods back from you for inspection.
