RETURNING YOUR CORE

We will refund you core deposit as soon as receive your old part (the core) from you.

Please return the core within 15 - 20 days of purchase. Use the same packaging as we send you the part. You pay for return shipping (8$ flat rate). Return address sticker will be included in the package. Include note that you are returning your old part, your contacts and description of issues your part has has. Your core must have the same part number as you ordered

To qualify as a core your part:

  • arrow_right_altmust be complete, no missing parts or damages.
  • arrow_right_altnot burned, melted or flooded (from flooded vehicle).
  • arrow_right_altmust have no previous repair attempts or be sealed.

RETURN POLICY

If your issue was misdiagnosed, your problem was not fixed by replacing the Part, you ordered wrong part or changed your mind you can return it within 15 days for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
