There are few marks on the tractor.  Cab does not come.  Lights and sound do not work.  The battery case in under the top of the cab.  Because I cannot get the cab off, I can't change batteries.  Please see pictures.

Tractor is approximately 12" long, 8" high, and 7" wide.
