Shipping Policy

All orders are quickly processed and shipped by USPS from our facility in KY/CA/TX within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving cleared payment. It will be cost 2-5 business days

(Excluding logistics delays caused by peak periods and disasters).

Tracking number

All purchases will be provided with a tracking number, which will be sent to your eBay message and you can track it on line.

Warranty

Item/s sold are under a 30 day warranty after parcel is delivery (according to online tracking history) & will be replaced & shipped if found to be defective or damaged FREE of charge. Item/s that are defective or damaged will be shipped back by customer or given photographic proof by customer via eBay message.

Lost or Damage

Notice:All items are double checked the condition and packing before shipping,please check the parcels carefully when they arrive and refuse to sign the package and open the shipping damage case with shipping company (USPS) immediately if there is something wrong with the External packaging.And please send us the pictures of damages parcels.
