National USSR standard of 1981 (#GOST 8498-81). It has original military factory stamps (see pictures). Made in USSR in 1991. It is in very good condition for its age but it has some small holes from moth bites. AUTHENTICITY IS GUARANTEED !!! It is extremely rare and great for collection.
