Stunning framed drawing of "Roosenhaus" in Nienstedten, which is near Hamburg. The house was built for the Roosen family in 1798.Signed but it's hard to read so I can't accurately identify the artist, signed in the lower right corner please look at photos and draw your own conclusions.

Overall good condition a couple of small marks and mottling to the mount but presents beautifully. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
