Replacement Conservatory Rain Sensor With Cable

This is our own rain sensor assembled in our own factory.

It is designed to work with our Evolution 4 controller, but it will work with any window/roof vent controller that uses a two wire 12v DC circuit to detect rain.

Externally there is our unique two-part sensor box, on top of which is a gold-plated circuit board which detects rain by a simple short circuit caused by the water landing on it.

The top of the box is removeable so that if damage should occur to the sensor, you need only to remove and replace the lid, not the whole installation.

This sensor comes complete with approximately 10 meters of 4 core cable, only two of the wires are used but the other two may be of use should the cable get damaged at some time.
