As shown in the 23rd photo, only one side of all the shrink wrap has been cut and only the voting and handshake tickets have been removed.

Some of the CD reading surfaces appear to be dirty, but we assume this is fibers from the white bag in which the CD is placed. There are no problems with playback.

This is a CD (+DVD) made in Japan. It will not work without the Japanese-made unit.
