Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept PayPal.
• You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover or your own PayPal balance to make your payment through PayPal.
• You can also use PayPal without having a PayPal account. So no worries there.

Refunds Policy

• If you need to return an item for refund, (see Returns Policy) your payment will be refunded via PayPal.
• Refunds usually take 3-5 days to clear and show up on your credit card or bank account.

Shipping Policy

• We know you want your item and we will get it sent to you as fast as we possibly can.
• Generally we ship within 24-48 hours (business days) after payment, unless stated otherwise in the listing.
• We ship USPS/UPS/FedEx depending on the item and your location.
• We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe quality shipping.
• Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order, orders will be shipped out to the shipping address provided by eBay.
• Packages are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Transit time varies and depends on the carrier. As much as we'd like to we can't control USPS, UPS, or FedEx, or make them go any faster.

Backorders

• Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and on rare occasions may be on back-order with them.
• If your item is on back order you will be notified immediately and given the option to keep the order open or have it refunded.

• Easy!!! We make it easy and painless to return an item. If you don't like it for whatever reason, send it back within 30 days for a full refund (unless stated otherwise in the listing).
• All returns must be in new, original condition and must include the original packaging, tags, and all content intact.
• Please be sure to pack the item properly to avoid damage.
• The easiest way to return an item is through eBay's Managed Returns which you will find in your Purchase History in the drop down menu to the right of your item.
• You can also contact our Customer Support directly via eBay Messages and you will be assigned an RMA number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
• Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package to process your return.

• We cannot ship firearms accessories or parts internationally due to U.S. regulations.
• Unfortunately there are no exceptions.
• All of our non-firearms parts and accessories (packs, gloves, clothing etc.) can be shipped internationally and we are happy to do so.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs. Any additional international charges are the responsibility of the importer.
