The size of Legos are measured by the number of studs (bumps or dots) in length, width and height. The measurement given (i.e. 1x2 Brick) has nothing to do with inches, centimeters, etc. DO NOT BUY THESE FOR SMALL CHILDREN (under 5 years of age).
