The Avaya 1616I IP Deskphone is a cost effective IP ready desk phone for the busy 'Navigator' business user, and ideal for team managers and busy receptionists. Avaya one-X™ Deskphone Edition models include many advanced features typically found only in higher end, more expensive, enterprise class telephones.

The features of the Avaya 1616i IP include a bright, backlit display with support for multiple call appearances, full duplex communication, dual lamp LEDs, a context sensitive user interface with soft keys, and conference fixed feature keys including Conference, Transfer, Drop, Hold and Mute. The 1616i IP has 16 lamp lit line keys (Optional additional 32 key module to expand up to 48 keys).
