EVAP SYSTEM TEST: Leakage in the fuel evaporation system causes fuel vapour to escape into the atmosphere, resulting in waste and pollution or unstable engine idling.

EXHAUST SYSTEM TEST: Uncleaned harmful gases escaping into the atmosphere or increasing the noise of the vehicle are the main disadvantage when leaks occur in the exhaust.

FUEL TANK SYSTEM TEST: If there are gaps in the fuel tank and pipes caused by improper installation or insufficient sealing of the fuel tank cap, it may cause leaks in the fuel tank system.

TEST OF VARIOUS PIPE CONNECTIONS: Smoke test of brake hoses, power steering hoses, cooling system hoses, air conditioning system hoses, turbocharger hoses, fuel hoses, intake and exhaust system hoses, etc.

CAR SEALING TEST: Poor sealing of the car can lead to many inconveniences, such as it is not warm and dusty, not soundproof, not waterproof, etc.

CRANKCASE SYSTEM TEST: Excessive pressure or corrosion of the crankcase is the main reason why the crankcase seal is damaged and oil leaks.

INTAKE SYSTEM TEST: A leak in the intake system will result in inadequate intake of the car engine, leading to low engine performance.

TURBO TEST: The leakage of coolant would cause the engine to indicate a high water temperature.

Note: S100 smoke leak detector need to connect air supply, our product do not includes.

EASY TO USE

Notice: Maintenance technicians need a certain knowledge base of engine structure.

Step 1: Turn off the power to the car, remove the air filter and throttle connector. Note: If you need to test the EVAP system, you need to manually close the solenoid valve

Step 2: Pour baby oil between the max and min oil volume line, connect the power cord to the 12V car battery, choose the appropriate adapter cone to connect the smoke nozzle and the system.

Step 3: Press the air control switch, wait for 30 seconds, and listen for the squeaking sound to check whether there is a leak in the pipeline or not.

Step 4: Press the smoke control switch, when evident smoke is appearing from the smoke nozzle, reinsert the smoke nozzle into the adapter cone, visible smoke can help you pinpoint the location of the leak.

Step 5: Press the smoke and air control switch again to stop producing smoke and air, test is completed.

HOW TO OPEN EVAP SERWICE PORT ?

Caution：

1.When you use this ANCEL S100 Car Smoke Leak Detector for the first time, fill with 20ml oil . Please be careful NOT to beyond this range.

2.The testing liquid : both liquid paraffin and baby oil are OK.

3.Fresh oil can be filled with only when the smoke gets thin, and it can’t be filled over 20ml each time.

4.Before filling fresh oil, please pour out the left oil in the detector & replace the detector oil regularly.

5.During the process of leak detection, please keep away from smoke-sensitive parts.

6.Do NOT run the detector over 8 minutes continuously. It needs interval rest.

7.The detector has an intelligent protector, if it exceeds the working limit, such as over 75 ℃, it will automatically turn off the power. In this case, please operate it later.

8.The round part of this detector has temperature, please be careful to avoid burns.

9.If the test pipe needs to be disconnected in the middle, please secure the other side with a rubber stopple.

Using tips

▶Cannot test air conditioning ducts
▶Do NOT use the unit on smoke-sensitive parts. Eg. Lamp housing.
▶The equipment is compatible with mineral oil-based baby oil like Johnson&Johnson Pink bottles.

Pure #5 white oil is the best choice if available.

▶Always conﬁrm Fluid level before use, if the ﬂuid level is low enough to the bottom of the ﬁllerport, it will need a reﬁll.
▶For detecting the leakage of pipe systems on cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, ATVs, light trucks, and speedboats. Suitable for all car models.

ABCEL S200 smoke leak detector has a powerful pressure guage, easy to operate

1/2psi pressure gauge and smoke regulator which helps you control the smoke effect easily and allowing you to estimate the size of the leak by the change of the gauge value.It will specifically mark where the leakage is coming from,improves the efficiency of diagnosis

How to use it?

Step1: Fill in 20ml baby oil to the detector;
Step2: Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connect with the detector;
Step3: Connect detector with DC12V battery,device starts to work;
Step4: The pipe will be filled with smoke,check the leak points.

ANCEL S200 has two operating modes: air mode and smoke mode

Press the left button to ventilate the air and press the right button to start the smoke output.

Air mode :First, use the air mode to directly measure the leak, and judge whether there is a leak by the pressure gauge value. If it is less than 0.5bar, it will inevitably leak. If it reaches 0.8bar and above, the pipeline tightness is very good.Then there is no need to waste baby oil

SMOKE MODE:After the air mode determines that there is a leak, use the smoke mode to find the leak.

How to judge leakage- through the pressure gauge

Quick vehicle leak diagnosis by pressure display

NO Leak: When the value of the pressure gauge remains unchanged and the flow meter will read zero (ball at bottom of scale), it means that there is no leakage in the system.

Small Leak: When the value of the pressure gauge drops and the ball in the flow meter slowly fall to the bottom of the scale, it indicates a small leak in the system.

Massive Leak: When the value of the pressure gauge reaches zero and the flow meter ball never falls to the bottom of the scale, it indicates a large leak in the system.

How to use Ancel s300?

1. Fill 20ml baby oil to the detector for the first time. Open the engine cover, and hang the detector in the cover.

2. Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connected with detector.

3. Connect detector with DC12V battery, turn on the power switch, and the detector starts to work

4. In about 30 seconds, the pipe will be filled with smoke. Check the leak points. Please use head lamp if necessary.
