Made so that a pillow can be slipped inside but then removed to wash (some of them, you have so sew up) and looks like it might have been used but not for too long. A couple of small snags on the back. This example for Hill Field in Utah and bears a "Sweetheart" dedication. Larger than most of them. You can find these of generic nature for "Mom" etc. but for specific bases they are more scarce and this is the first I have ever seen for this field. Bears the Army Air Force logo too.
