How to send your picture:
Firstly, review the photo requirements above so we may achieve an optimal result. The quality of your mask will depend on the quality of the image you send.
Once you've found a desirable photo, simply send it to our team after checkout by clicking "Contact Seller" and choosing option "Other".
If you're unsure if your photo is suitable. Feel free to send it to our team prior to purchase to check.
What's on offer?
We have provided a choice for you to select masks with elastic head bands or on sticks. You can also select ready assembled masks, which will be production quality sets or DIY sets.
DIY sets require you to cut out the masks (eye holes already cut out) and assemble them yourself. Keep in mind, while this is a simple process (with instructions included), it is time consuming.
Please ensure you select that correct option upon purchase. Note that the eye holes are cut out from all sets. The eyes remaining in any of the pictures illustrating the product are just for advertising. If the eyes weren't cut out, you wouldn't be able to wear it as a mask!

We do not deliver the products personally and we have no control over when the item will reach you once we pass it onto the courier service. In essence, we rely on them fulfilling their advertised service as much as you do.

Returns are accepted if the goods are not opened or damaged.
Personalised goods are not returnable unless there is a fault on our end. If there is a fault, we will offer to rectify the situation and if we cannot, we will offer a full return and refund.
Returning of goods will be paid for by the customer unless goods are at fault.
