ABOUT US
My wife and I, carry out our production and designing of ancient Roman Greek and Anatolian ancient style fine jewelry in our studio/workshop in Bodrum, Turkey. All our jewelry is unique and totally handmade . The raw materials we use are either 22 k or 24 k Yellow gold and sterling silver 925 k . Many designs can be made in pure gold as a special order.
UNIQUE ARTISAN JEWELRY
Please note, because we use unique stones in some of my designs,(such as free-form pearls, rough/uncut gemstones /unique patterns on stones, etc). There may be slight variation in the stones you receive from the one pictured because these are natural. Buyers can be sure they will receive a unique custom design.
SHIPMENT&TRACKING
We ship directly from our workshop Turkey. The standard post delivery time is 7-10 business days approx and includes a tracking number. Online tracking by usps is just available after packages arrive in the US "New York dispatch center". Expedited shipment (4-5 days delivery) is also available during checkout. In order for you to better track your delivery and receive it on time, please enter your contact details into the usps tracking system and receive text and email updates.
RETURNS&REFUNDS
An item still not received or want to return? No worries, please simply create a case for the related item over the marketplace system. Some unexpected issues might happen during transportation with many turns and stops. Just feel free to contact us, we will do our best to solve for you. Returns of sized rings and customized items are not accepted. The return cost is the buyer's responsibility.
