All orders should be paid through Ebay auction.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item with original packaging back to us for full refund, not any re-stock fee. The return cost should be paid by buyer.

If you receive any wrong items, or damage during the transportation or defect items, we will accept the return and pay the return freight. Please noted that the return cost should be prepaid by buyer, we will issue the refund of return cost to buyer after inspecting the faulty item.

The full refund or replacement will be available for all faulty items, including the original shipping cost.

The guarantee will be only for the cost of the item, we will not responsible for installation or other fees like labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or other related expenses.

1.All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days after payment is cleared. 

2.All orders will be shipped from Canada Ontaria Warehouse.

3.Most of orders will be shipped out at the same day if ordered before 8:00 AM EDT(Eastern Daylight Time) during business days.

4.All orders will be shipped out via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx express with a tracking number, which will take 1-7 business days for the delivery. 

Customers service center will operate from Monday to Sunday. 

Warehouse will operate from Monday to Friday, the pickup is not available at the moment.
