3. We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address supplied by buyer. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.

4. Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower costs.

Returns:

Return is accepted within 30 days after the buyer's receiving the item.After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item's price (excluding the shipping costs to and from).

During the warranty period, if the product experiences quality issues, we provide two options:
1.  Replacement or spare parts will be offered.
2.  A partial refund of 20%-80% is available.

However, the above policy does not apply in the following situations:
1.  Goods damaged due to improper operation;
2.  Personal preference for the item;
3.  Purchase of an incorrect item with an opened package.

 

If your item arrives to you damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply.  In those cases, we'll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

Before installing or assembling any products, please double-check the following when it arrives:

>Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
>Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.
>Rejecting Damaged Items:

What are my refund options?
All refunds will be credited in your original form of payment, whether that is your Paypal account or your bank account. Refunds are for the complete price of the unit, minus return shipping costs (if applicable), as per our "Return Policy".

Do we offer price match?
We do not offer price match, especially during major holiday sales events, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Mid-annual Sale, and etc.

We also do not offer price match against Amazon or any other platforms.

When will I receive my refund?
For credit card refunds, we'll begin issuing your refund once we've received notification that you have returned your item(s).   Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
