Shipping:

Shipping is extra to Hawaii and/or Alaska, please check before bidding.

All shipments are done by ground services through major carriers and are all insured unless otherwise noted. 

Expedited shipping available for extra charge for most of our auctions, please confirm on those charges prior to bidding, by e-mail.

Most auctions can be arranged for Pick Up! Please confirm with us regarding pick-up options for each individual auction. Delivery services optional in Cleveland and surrounding area – inquire within. 

Payment:

PLEASE ARRANGE FOR A PAYMENT WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE END OF THE AUCTION.

Customer Service (Satisfied customers are our #1 Priority):

  • Returns are available only if you have received an incorrect product or if it is defective (Does Not Apply to –AS IS- Auctions). A&G Office Furniture must be notified of this problem within 48hours from the delivery of the merchandise. All products must be returned within 7 business days.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization is required for defective product returns.  Please contact us for RMA. 
  • All defective items must be returned to us. All returns are customers responsibility please insure your return and make sure you have a tracking #. 
  • Refunds are only provided if a product is defective, and a replacement is not available. 
  • There is a 25% re-stocking fee for all non-defective returns. 
  • We will always leave a positive feedback when it has been left for us. 
  • If you intend on leaving other than a positive feedback, please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue for you. Remember our #1 Goal is to make all our customers HAPPY!
