Pretty 3x3 inch heart shaped plate to celebrate a Sweet 16.  Outer border is punched-out hearts.  Inner border has pink roses and ribbons which is iridescent at the right light angle.  Female figure is holding a cake with "Sweet Sixteen" caption and spotted background.  The easel stand still lies flat and has not been used.  Note the scratch around the face/hair/near dress.  Otherwise, the mini plate is in very good condition.
