Structure
Surgical lighting is divided into mobile and fixed type. The movable type comprises four holes and five holes (vertical type) , which are mainly composed of a lamp body, a vertical post (including a balancer and an upper and lower column tube) and a base. The fixed type comprises five holes (hanging type) , nine holes, 12 holes and a child-mother lamp, mainly composed of a lamp body, a balancer, a rotating body, and three parts;
Installation and adjustment
Installation requirements for fixed surgical shadowless lamp basic requirements
● users can carry out foundation construction according to the structural characteristics of the operating room
● the foundation must be able to bear a load of more than 500Kg.
● the ceiling height of the operating room should be 2.8-3.1 m. if the ceiling height is greater
than 3.1 m, the extension frame should be installed. The extension frame should have enough rigidity to prevent the lamp body from shaking (can order extension frame from our factory) .

Maintenance
1. To replace a light bulb and a fuse, you first have to cut off the power supply, and when the bulb has cooled, turn on the front insulation, with a Phillips head screwdriver, put on gloves, unscrew the bulb that needs to be replaced, and replace it with a new one.
2, regularly check the connection status of the connecting screws of the surgical lamp, tighten the loose screws in time (the factory requires quarterly inspection, once)
3, when the lamp body positioning is not good, through the damper and lock knob to adjust;
4.75% alcohol should be used to sterilize the operating parts before operation, which should meet the requirements of“GB15982-1995 hygienic standard for hospital disinfection”.
5, surgical shadowless lamp should often use soft cloth wipe clean, to prevent ash.
Points for attention
1. The installation of surgical lighting should be carried out by professional personnel, and the connection must be reliable.
2. The disconnecting device of the fixed surgical shadowless lamp is on the outside of the equipment.
3, check the shadowless lamp using condition regularly, especiallyeach connection part, should pay attention to prevent loose or fall. Our factory requires semi-annual inspection.
4, change the bulb, fuse must be cut off before the power.
5, this equipment can not be used in flammable, explosive narcotic gas environment.
6. The maintenance of the operation lamp must be done by the appointed personnel or by professional personnel.
7. The user must use the same model and specification as the original parts if he needs to change the parts (such as light bulbs, fuses, etc.) when he asks the professional to repair the products, the relevant information can be obtained from the after-sales service department of our factory.
8. The warranty period of surgical lighting is one year, the warranty period is based on the date of purchase invoice. Please fill in the receipt and send the copy back to our factory.
9, the factory production of surgical shadowless lamp safety performance guarantee period of 10 years, expired products must be updated.
