We have strict quality controls in place to ensure your items are sent un-damaged. All returns must come back in their original conditions, unworn, including product labels, wrappings, and packaging.

Please contact us before returning the item. The cost of postage for returned items is the buyer's responsibility. We advise you to return items by recorded delivery or by obtaining a Certificate of Postage from the Post Office or by any other means that shows proof of the return.
If your returned items are not received, we can not process the refund unless you can provide this proof of postage. If the item returned is damaged or faulty upon arrival, we will only be able to offer a partial refund or none at all, depending on the damage.
Refunds will only be made once the item arrives and is confirmed to be un-damaged.
