A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WHICH YOU MUST DISPLAY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE
PACKAGE WHEN RETURNING IT TO US. ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT
AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED. THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN TWO DAYS OF
OUR ISSUANCE OF A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
ALL PRODUCTS MUST
BE RETURNED WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING, MANUALS, PROTECTIVE TAPE, HANG TAGS AND

BE PRE-PAID AND FULLY INSURED FOR THE AMOUNT YOU EXPECT CREDIT. COLLECT

AUTHORIZED DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND OTHER RELIABLE SOURCES. WE HAVE
ARRANGEMENTS WITH DIRECT AUTHORIZED DEALERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, BOTH IN THE US
AND INTERNATIONALLY.
THE YOUR WATCH LLC WARRANTY IS FOR A
PERIOD OF 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE WARRANTY

§ DAMAGE RESULTING FROM WEAR UNDER CONDITIONS EXCEEDING
THE MANUFACTURER?S WATER RESISTANT RATING
§ DAMAGE DUE TO PHYSICAL SHOCK AND/OR ACCIDENTAL ABUSE.
ALL WARRANTY REPAIRS ARE HANDLED DIRECTLY
THROUGH YOUR WATCH LLC. WATCHES THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED, ATTEMPTED TO BE OPENED,
REPAIRED OR ATTEMPTED TO BE REPAIRED BY ANY OTHER SOURCE WILL VOID ALL
WARRANTIES. YOUR WATCH LLC WILL COVER ALL PARTS AND LABOR, OR IN CERTAIN
CIRCUMSTANCES, WE WILL REPLACE THE WATCH AT OUR DISCRETION WITHIN THE WARRANTY
PERIOD.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR WATCH
DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, YOU MUST RETURN THE WATCH TO US FOR SERVICE. UPON
INSPECTION, IF WE DETERMINE THAT THE FIX IS RELATIVELY SIMPLE, WE WILL HAVE THE
WATCH SERVICED BY ONE OF OUR TRUSTED INDEPENDENT WATCHMAKERS.
IF UPON INSPECTION WE DETERMINE THAT THE
SERVICE REQUIRED IS OF A MORE SERIOUS NATURE, WE WILL RETURN THE WATCH TO THE
RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURER THROUGH OUR AUTHORIZED DEALERS. THE MANUFACTURERS WILL
TAKE A MINIMUM OF TWO WEEKS TO REPAIR A WATCH, AND OFTEN TAKE EIGHT WEEKS OR
POSSIBLY LONGER IF NECESSARY PARTS ARE BACK ORDERED.
ALL WARRANTY RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NO. (RMA#). THIS NUMBER MUST BE DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE
BOX. A WATCH RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED. PLEASE INCLUDE A
COPY OF YOUR INVOICE AND/OR A DETAILED LETTER IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM, THE
