All photos attached in listings will always showcase the product and/or its contents, when possible. Photos are also subject to show any exterior or interior damage(s) on products or contents as well, if any.

Most items in my shop are pre-owned but have been refurbished for resale, like digital media products such as video games, however the conditions can still vary between items. 

Any media, mainly video games and movies, showcased with codes or downloadable content are considered used unless stated otherwise.

Any loose disc, cartridge, or other loose media will always have a standard case or protective sleeve to ensure protection of item(s) in transit.

Novels, comics, or manuals are always in good to excellent condition with little to no wear but please still expect to occasionally find folds, small tears, or discoloration.
