- Yes. Every watch is inspected before listing — movement, dial, hands, case & bracelet are checked for originality. If we have any doubt, we do not list it.
- Has the movement been serviced?
- Service history is noted in the description where known. We test all watches for timekeeping before dispatch but do not perform full overhauls unless explicitly stated.
- Can the bracelet be sized for me?
- We dispatch with the bracelet at full length and all removed links included where applicable. Sizing should be performed by your local watchmaker.
- How is the watch packed?
- Double-boxed with padding and watch pillow. We pack as if every shipment will be dropped.
