The units do power on, no further testing was done. Nothing shows on screens. SELLING AS IS SO NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. One has a burnt screen. They are missing dial covers. They are missing screws. One has a damaged cover. No accessories will be included. Comes with what is shown in pictures only. Do have signs of use like scratches and scuffs throughout.
