there is a shipping carrier, you do not want us to use. You must specify
which carrier in your buying notes.
This listing shows pictures of every side of the item. Please look at each photo to see the condition of the item to see if there are any wrinkles or dings. By buying this item you agree that the condition of the item visible in the photos is acceptable and any small defects on the box are not a valid reason to return the item. In short you won't request a return because of some small ding on the box.

The vast majority of customers are honest and a pleasure to work with. But to protect myself from fraud I take the following precautions.
- I double-check the customer's shipping info and verify it on a website that offers a verification service.
- I will usually contact you before shipping expensive items.
Also,
please keep in mind I'm not Amazon. I'm a small business, and if a
customer is successful in fraud, it is a significant hit to my store and
my life.
Returns:
Most
items I sell are new, and I can count on one hand the number of items
that customers have received that were damaged or not working. It is
very rare. I appreciate my customers, and if there is a problem with a
product you receive, I will take care of it. I offer free returns if
that happens. But I can't afford to have people buy a product with free
shipping, open it, which drastically decreases its value because I will
have to relist it as a used item. And then want free shipping on the
return.
I
always want you to have a good buying experience. I would hate to be in
a situation where my only option is to refund a customer partially.
That's a situation where I lose money, they lose money, and no one is
happy, which is why I have listed in detail the following information on
returns.
Buyer must inform Arands as promptly as possible after the delivery date. I will accept returns on items if
- You receive the item, and it is DOA (Dead on arrival) not working when it arrives.
- If the item is returned, we test it, and if it is working. Then we can't issue a full refund.
- You received the wrong item. Items are photographed in the shipping box before shipping.
I will not be able to accept returns and fully refund for reasons such as but not limited to:
- For any reason other than the item is not working on arrival.
- The item was returned, but it is in working condition.
- The item was returned and was damaged by the buyer.
- The item has been tampered with, or the serial number doesn't match.
- Because
the item is not compatible, buyers are responsible for checking
compatibility between the item and anything you are using it with. The
buyer MUST check this themselves before ordering.
- Because you aren't getting the performance you expected with items such as computer parts etc.
- Because of some wrinkle, scratch, or ding on the box. Each side of the box is plainly visible in the photos of this item on this page. View the condition of the box before buying, by buying you agree it is acceptable.
When
items are returned, depending on the item, if the item is not working, I
do a comprehensive test on the item, for example, on electronics I do
disassembly, to check for things such as water damage.
The
manufacturer warranty may cover the item depending on the situation,
and they may be able to get you a replacement quicker. I recommended at
least checking with the manufacturer.
Each
company has different requirements for its warranty. It is up to the
customer to check to verify that the warranty is transferable. However, I
will do everything I can to work around any warranty issues. I can't guarantee to have the original order receipt of the item.
Digital I
can't accept returns or refund returned items if that item is opened/
claimed digitally. Once the item is claimed, it can't be returned. This
includes but is not limited to digital game codes. Game items.
Downloaded movies using the item's code. Or any similar items.
Serial numbers are recorded Packages require signature Photo and video are taken of the condition of the item before shipping.
