The issue is from a smoke free home in Near Mint to Near Mint+ condition with no visible wear other than 3 non color breaking spine ticks on the front and back. Please have a look at the high res pictures.

All comics come individually bagged and boarded and securely shipped with an extra sheet of cardboard to protect the cover.
