L Frank Baum & Related Oziana 1978 Swann Galleries Auction Catalogue SIGNED by Martin Gardner who wrote the preface along with two auction sheets  are all in "Very Good" condition.  The L Frank Baum and Related Oziana, Swann Galleries, The Schiller Colletion, Sale 1118 Catalogue Book is in Very Good condition with light signs of wear to the textblock as well as the outside/inside cover & following page, and writing in pencil on first free page in the top right, consistent with age, shelf wear and use (all shown in photographs).  The pages are all in very good condition with no missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, no marks or writing (aside from above mentioned) and the binding is in fantastic condition.  The auction sheets in included are the Swann Gallery Inc Prices Realized sheet from day of auction 11/2/78 filled out with all realized prices as well as the Errata Sheet (list of corrected errors to book) and are both in Very Good condition.  Please see all photographs for additional information.  This catalogue book has been in the owners private collection for decades & well cared for.
