There are only a few sets where Lionel produced accessories that were onle for that ONE set. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE ACCESSORY PACKS.

In 1960, Lionel prodced a neat Santa Fe passenger set, blue stripe. To make it very special, Lionel added a box of accessories that included banners to be taped on to the cars and a package of people.

What is in this lot:

  • BOX for accessory pack 1640-100
  • SEALED bag of figures
  • Banners
    • Democratic Candidate
    • Republican Candidate
    • Secret Service
    • Press and Communications
    • Instructions (on two of the banner sheets--one verbal, and one picture)

CONDITION: Banners are UNUSED, C-7. The white paper shows some aging, but the stickers look great. The sheets are slightly curved from storage, but this does not impact the banners in any way. The bag of figures is still SEALED, C-10. It originally came with doublestick tape which is not here. The box is rough with fraying, edge softness, and more. Some writing on it. Coming apart in places. Good print.  Pictures show it all.  We have included pictures with and without the flash so you can see everything. The pics at the VERY bottom are mostly without flash.

Payment

Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax. We appreciate payment within three days of auction's close. If you are bidding on other items, or would like to to shop our Ebay store, please feel free. We accept Paypal. We also accept credit cards. 

Shipping

We are happy to combine shipping when possible. Some items cannot be combined due to size or weight. We will let you know if this is the case after your request.
To request combined shipping: 1) Add each of your items using Ebay's blue "Add to Cart" button; 2) Click on the shipping cart icon at the top right corner of the ebay screen; 3) Click REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER. This should be above the price column of the first listing in your cart. 4) WAIT TO PAY until we send you a revised invoice to pay. Please do not pay until you receive a revised invoice. 
We are also happy to ship internationally.
At our discretion, we may add, at our expense, signature confirmation and/or insurance to more expensive orders. NOTE: These features require someone be present at time of delivery, so if you do not want this feature and accept responsibility for the shipment, please let us know ahead of time via Ebay messages. Terms of Sale

We appreciate every single sale and every single customer. Our goal is to have happy train folks worldwide.

We do accept returns within 30 days. Unless there was an error on our end, return shipping is paid by the buyer and the price of the item is refunded upon receipt of iback at Lone Star Trains. If we made a mistake, we pay the return shipping. Items must be in the same condition as when we shipped. We cannot accept returns on orders that were shipped new and then opened. If there is a problem, such as an error in description or condition, we accept returns within 30 days.
