Vintage Emmons Silvertone Feather Clip Earrings & Bracelet Dress/Sweater Clip. I don't think it was ever worn. Called Multiplicity #4702. The bracelet has a clasp on both ends and the earring have a hole at the base for the chain to attach ...different ways to wear it. Chain was designed to also work as a bracelet.
