We also offer special next-day delivery to Mainland UK only. price can be obtained through eBay messaging. We deliver to Europe and the rest of the world (excluding Asia). For competitive prices, please drop us a message.

Shipping

This item is dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class. This typically takes 3-5 working days to arrive.

Please note that we can only dispatch items on normal working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and other public holidays.

The shipping price is only for Mainland UK. For off-Mainland UK customers, please contact us on eBay Messaging to get the price for shipping.

Return and Refund Policy

Before returning any product, please contact us through eBay for full instructions. Returns without contacting us will not be accepted.

If a buyer feels that the item they have purchased is not suitable, they are welcome to return it. However, the responsibility for the return postage and packing will be on the buyers; we will not pay the return P&P.

All returned goods must be unused, have the original packaging with all tags, and be free from wear and tear. Our return department has the right to refuse the refund if the goods are found to be used.

For the returned item, we have already incurred postage costs to send them out, and that amount will not be refunded.

For items that have been offered with free postage and packing, a deduction of 20% of the sales price will be made before the refund.

If you receive a faulty item, please let us know within 10 working days of purchase. Do not send the goods without contacting us through eBay messaging; we will provide you with a free postage label to return and will send the replacement out upon receiving the faulty one back.

Not Called For & Returned Parcels

For all those parcels that are returned to us by Royal Mail as "not called for" because of the wrong address, no one was home, or the buyer was unable to contact Royal Mail or our delivery service, in such cases, we will only refund the price of the product, not the postage cost, as we have already paid that for delivery.

To arrange the second delivery, the buyer has to pay the shipping cost, even for listings where we offer free P&P; this offer is only for the first delivery.
