Trixie Belden #2 - The Red Trailer Mystery (Ugly Series)

The uglies are notorious for broken, loose, cracked, and split bindings as well as visible and stretched hinges.  They are also well known for the well soiled/rub soiled back covers.  This book shows moderate signs of this trend through rub soil on the back cover and beginning splits/chipping on the spine corners.

This book is in fair condition.  There is shelf paint on the front cover.  There is a previous owner name on the front inside cover.  There are signs of age or wear through cover/spine fading, rub soil, spine/cover edge/corner rub, corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub, page edge soil/age spotting, edge nicks/bumps/denting, and yellowing/tanning/browning of pages.  Wear at all corners...in addition to the beginning spine splitting, the outer corners are all rubbed.  Age discoloration/age spotting/age staining along cover edges.  Age spotting within pages.  Some page corner folds/creasing.  Edges have some small dents.  End paper is cracked/split both in front and back leaving hinges visible.

Shipping:  Sometimes when an item is listed with “Free Shipping”, eBay shows the listing as “Fast ‘N Free” with “Free Delivery in 4 Days”.  Please understand that eBay puts those on the listing, but they have no control over how long the item takes to arrive…they are nowhere in the shipping process.   Most of my items are shipped by media mail.  Typically, I ship the same day when possible, but the next business day for sure.  Once it is in the postal system, I have no control over it either.  Media mail takes 2-9 days, but can take as long as 3 weeks.  I have never seen anything take 3 weeks yet, but it can happen.  Normally, it takes 6-8 days depending on destination.
