Vintage Parker 21 Desk Fountain Pen. Pen is a parts or restoration piece. It has a crack around the nib on the top part of the pen. It is untested. Remainder of pen appears in good condition, no other cracks in bottom half and bladder mechanism looks like it would operate. See photos for further description and condition. Sold as pictured.
