 Gear changes with column or floor shifter; must have PRND321. Recommend  aftermarket ratchet shifter for performance use.  

No automatic shifting; works like a full manual valve body.  Forward shift pattern and engine braking on downshifts. 

Constant full line pressure for firm shifts and less clutch slippage which means cooler fluid temperature.

Torque converter lockup switch for manual control.
