1.How big size can your machine remove?

-Usually,our EDM-2000B can remove M2 to M30 taps,screws,studs,drills,drifts,etc.

-So far the largest size is M48 we've removed with sheet electrode by SFX-4000B.

2. How long will it take to remove one tap?

-It depends on the size of the broken taps; The processing speed is 1mm/min normally.

10~20 minutes to solve your broken taps headache.

3.Can I use it to process blind hole or via?

-Yes, the processing depth can be set(stop at a specific depth) and the working head can auto retract and alarm when bottoming. 

4. Can I use it for wire-electrode cutting or drilling?

-Yes, but please note it is not high precision equipment which has a +0.3mm tolerance.
