The album launched the era-defining hit "CAT'S EYE" (theme song to the anime of the same name) and the timeless ballad "I CAN'T STOP THE LONELINESS", helping define the sound of Japanese city pop. Produced by Toshiki Kadomatsu, Timely!! remains one of the most celebrated J-pop / city pop albums of all time and continues to find new audiences worldwide through the recent global city pop revival.

★ Japan Edition Only — This reissue includes the bonus track "Remember Summer Days" (originally the B-side of the "I CAN'T STOP THE LONELINESS" single), exclusive to the Japanese reissue. Released July 27, 2011 as part of the eight-album ANRI Blu-spec CD Mini LP series. Blu-spec CD uses blue-laser semiconductor technology for improved precision pressing — fully playable on all standard CD players.
