 Frankincense and myrrh is an incense blend that goes back to biblical times. This incense is connected to spirituality in almost every faith. As the resin is non-combustible, it will require a heat source such as a charcoal tablet to release its fragrance. To use simply light the charcoal tablet, place it in a suitable heat-proof incense burner, then sprinkle some incense on the charcoal. As the incense melts on the charcoal, the fragrance is released.
