This is an edible collagen casing and doesn't need to be refrigerated  .  It has a 1 1/8"  ( 28 mm ) opening and is 30 feet long , enough to make at least 5 - 8 lbs of sausage , maybe more depending upon how thick you stuff them .  

The best part about these man made casings is they never go bad and don't need to be refrigerated like natural animal intestine casings .

This is the perfect size casing for Italian , Kielbasa , Pepperoni , etc sausage .  These are brand new and are edible .
