For sale is the brand new, factory-sealed polybag #4 from the 2017 Elves set 41187 Rosalyn's Healing Hideout.  This is the final of four numbered polybags to the set and builds the hideout's second level, including the moving tree branches and mechanism which allows it to be hidden.  The rest of the set is not included.
