A single issue of "The Normalite", the magazine of Bangor Normal teacher training college, North Wales. Produced at the height of the First World War, this issue notes the death in action of Old Normalites 2nd Lieut. T. B. Hughes (Welsh Regiment) and Co. Q.M.S. Harvey Simpson Werry, and the awarding of the Military Cross to 2nd Lieut. Joe Thomas and 2nd Lieut. Grimshaw Holt, R.W.F. Includes a roll of honour, and an appreciation of Werry, who died from wounds, April 19th, 1918, in France. Much other student business is also covered. Illustrated with three b&w plates, from group photographs of the Normalite staff, the Women's Official Group and the Men's Official Group
