Insert:  

Not included, pillow cover only. A 15x22 insert is recommended to fill out all the corners. Otherwise, if the insert is too small, the pillow will look saggy and flat. We recommend filling our pillow covers with down-feather inserts for a full, high-end look. They have more 'give' than polyester or down alternative inserts so you can easily position the fill into the corners for a superb fit.

These Cushion Covers are Made with Natural Wool So You Can Not Wash Them with Water, You

Can Dry Clean or Rub the Spot with a wet cloth to Clean Them

Smell:

If any smell in the product, this is not a chemical smell. It only smells of the raw material, and it's easily removable. You may put the cushion cover outside in a sunny area, its automatic remover after Some Time.
