Shipping

Monday through Friday, orders placed before 3 p.m. will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders received after 3 p.m. on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will refund your money if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. All we ask is that you pay for the outward return shipping, and that the item be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in this condition, a surcharge will be applied.

Damaged delivery: If your item shows signs of damage, we strongly advise you to refuse the delivery and request that it be returned to the sender. Please contact us as soon as the delivery is rejected so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.
