The ensemble is a long pleatweave / pleated skirt with elastic waist and an accordion style open front jacket with same fabric ties for closure 

The fabric is 100% polyester and is in beautiful shades of greens pinks and purple.

Such a beautiful combination of colors with a leaf design amongst the pleats.

Very unusual and very rare outfit by the known Ellen Hauptli, and even more rare that it is in new and never used condition.
